“I love cheesecake factory. The food is usually always in point and the service always good. I've even been to this location on previous visits to Cleveland. This time was not as enjoyable as in the past. First, we had to wait an hour, which in itself wasn't so bad since we elected to wait, but to have to wait for nearly an hour to get our appetizers and food was really disappointing, especially since the place wasn't as crowded after the hour wait. The fish and chips, which I ordered after being informed that there was no more salmon, should have been better. The fish tasted as if it had been cooked in burnt oil and the fries weren't as fresh as they should have been for waiting an hour. This is the first time I can ever say that a cheesecake factory was off their game today. At least our server was nice. Hopefully the next time we visit the experience will be a better one.”

“First visit - not impressed. For a brewery, they only had 4 of their brews to offer and their bottle beer selection was extremely limited. Menu is mostly salads and sandwiches. Steaks looked pricey and I was not going to take the chance. Burger was quite good, might have been fresh, not frozen. Service was good though.”
