“The food was delicious! I've known that this place was popular, but this was my first time going there. The staff was polite, helpful and knowledgeable. My cousin and I both ordered small pasta bowls, which is a very filling serving! I ordered the diavolo pasta and it was really good. I had it with chicken because the spicy sausage looked over done. It had a good amount of spice and great amount of flavor! I also ordered the garlic dough, which was okay, but was pretty burnt and took the meal down a little. I'd go back to order the same dish and or try new items as well.”

“A small slice of Americana, everything you’d expect and want from a place called the Rustic Restaurant. This is not a 3 star Michelin place, nor should you want it to be. I was almost disappointed the servers weren’t smoking cigarettes while they waited on tables. Great diner pancakes, eggs, hash browns, etc. The coffee could be better, but that’s okay. Will visit again and again and again...”

“If you're looking for fried chicken with a pretty good flavor, great milkshakes, and an interesting array of sauces, look no further. The waffle fries (aka awful fries) are limp and undercooked every time, so I guess that's what they're going for. Regardless, you can fill up on tasty chicken for a reasonable price here. Definitely check it out. Just a side note, the parent company does have a strong record of hating groups of people for who they are. I do not agree with their stance, but I really like their chicken.”

“I went with my family here for my sisters sixteenth birthday. The wait was 32 minutes long, which compared to the hour wait at Outback Steakhouse, was much better. The ribeye steak and the potatoes are sublime and I give my compliments to the chef. While we were there though, we had this very shy acting waitress. For some reason, I adored her and how polite and nice she was. I couldn’t get over her politeness and tried my best to show my gratitude by helping out with the dishes. She thanked us and before we left, she came and gave my sister her ice cream for her birthday and shyly said, “Happy Birthday!” She was so nice and everything that I managed to convince my dad to tip her extra. I even managed to write her a letter and asked the manager to give it to her, but I personally think that she deserves the absolute best. Proof to show that I’m not an absolute weirdo, she reminded me off my best friend. Sadly, none of us managed to remember her name. But, what I’m trying to get at is, the service is amazing with their politeness and their great respect for you.Treat them with respect and they’ll respect you too. “The Firehouse Subs chain is by far my favorite sub shop. They give back to local firefighters, sell 5-gallon buckets that were used for pickling super cheap, and consistently have the best subs around. They have a large selection of subs in sizes ranging from standard to enormous and you can modify the toppings as you wish. There is something for everyone here. The only negative, if you can call it that is that, is that it takes a few minutes to have your sub cooked. This location, in particular, has super friendly staff that go above and beyond making you feel welcome, and is right beside the grocery store which is a huge a plus for me!”
