Akira Sushi and Hibachi

I'll tell you, we've been here many times, the food is awesome. The owner is very sweet. The chefs cook up some great food. But be prepared to wait. Even with a reservation, we weren't seated until an hour after our reservation time. The chef didn't come to our table until and hour later. Last night it was blamed on previous parties arriving late for their reservation (come on people). But other times it's clearly been lack of enough chefs. It's insane that we've even gone back. And we'll probably still go back because the food is that much better than similar restaurants in this area. But be forewarned, great food may come at the cost of an unreasonably long wait.
