Applebee's

We have eaten here many times, but the current web site is poorly made.

My wife and I went to the Applebee's in Solon Ohio on a Saturday afternoon. There were only a few other tables with customers. The waitress that took our order was nice. Our order was slow to come out, about a 20 minute wait. My wife order a steak and it was prepared as ordered. I ordered the Baby Back Ribs. It was cold. I told the waitress and asked that it be warmed up. The manager stopped at our table and asked if all was OK. I said waiting 20 minutes for cold ribs was not acceptable. He apologized and walked away. Ten minutes later the warmed ribs came out, over cooked, hard, and burnt. I told the waitress to take it away and off the bill. The waitress said nothing, not even an apology for the poor food. The manager never showed up to again to make sure the service had been corrected. Obviously customer service is not a concern here. This is the third time I have had poor food at this location. After reading the other reviews, I see it is a common problem. There are too many other good restaurants to waste my time and money on a place that has poor food and no concern for customer satisfaction. Other restaurants have gone out of their way to correct such a screw-up and ensure customer satisfaction, but not this location. Not even an apology. I will never return to this location.
