Celebrated Mother's Day with my family and the entire experience was great! Their special menu had something for everyone and our server was wonderful - professional, helpful and a lot of fun. These are just some of the reason I select Don's Pomeroy House for special occasions!
Wonderful service! I wish i could remember our servers name. She took such great care of us. Friendly, but not overly so. Everything we tasted was delicious and we ordered modified cocktails and they were exactly what we wanted
Was hard to get into because of road work closure. But, after we got in the service and food were exceptional. Beautiful Historic house transformed into a great elegant place to dine. Outside patio looked nice but not open because of cold weather. Pub downstairs has a bar and tables to eat less expensive fare but just as nice . Were given a fancy dessert cream puff to celebrate our Wedding Anniversay. Would recommend for a special night out in the main dining room or for anytime else.
Had a great dinner - the roast chicken was fantastic - best we ever had. I loved the French onion soup. Elegant decor, great place for a special evening upstairs and great for a beer down in the pub. Excellent service - very special place! Will be back
I've lived in Strongsville most of my life. This is the first time I came here and wish I would've come sooner. Purchased some gift cards around Christmas time and got a bonus gift certificate to come back so I thought...what better time than now. I asked a friend about the dress codes and different dining spots located in the building so I would be prepared. We sat at the pub bar located in the back of the building. I was told this is a more casual atmosphere than the dining area located on the first floor. The bartender at the pub was super friendly and was very attentive. We each got burgers and fries. I also got French onion soup, and my husband got the baked potato soup. We were admiring the liquor collection and asked the bartender to make us a drink. I've had Manhattan's and and old fashioned multiple times and never made right. This bourbon was smooth and the drinks were amazing. Overall... I'd highly recommend this spot for its excellent service, tasty food and high quality drinks.
