Moosehead Saloon

The food here is great. In particular, try the pierogi melt sandwich. It's got marble rye bread, lots of cheese, sauerkraut, a fried mozzarella patty (!!!), and of course, pierogi. It comes with homemade potato chips and a great french onion dip. That sandwich is an instant classic.

The atmosphere was fun. It felt like a saloon that would have been in the mountains of Canada. The menu was varied and the portions were large. I hat the tuna steak sandwich which had a perfectly seasoned tuna steak, however it did need a sauce of some sort but overall was good.

Love their quesadillas! I really enjoy the old school feel to this place. I always feel welcome and comfortable!

Intimate and interesting place. Small restaurant with a nautical theme. The food is big, beautiful and a tad on the pricey side but doesn't ever disappoint. Parking is the toughest part of going there. Good wine / beer list. Easy to relax atmosphere.
