“I typically don't prefer Mexican food. With that being said, while driving to a different area restaurant the aroma from here made me turn around and visit. Some of the best food I've ever had regardless of what type of restaurant. The staff was the friendliest I've encountered anywhere. The service was nothing short of amazing. If you have a bad experience there, you may be the problem.”

“We’ve been multiples times, just my wife and I, and also for some larger groups where we’ve rented the back room, which was really great. The chef was extremely accommodating to some food sensitivities around gluten and diary for us, and jump thru a lot of hoops to really help tailor some menu items to help. We have really enjoyed every experience we’ve had and have been many times in the last year or two. If you go, you have to get the Bang Bang Shrimp. And when you, you’ll get one to go too.”

My daughter had a cut on her finger while we were dining there, and the manager went above and beyond that day to provide her with a band-aid. I was very pleased. “The food was great. We had a Tidal Wave, Crunchy L.A. and Lion King rolls. All of them were tasty. We started with crab Rangoon which was amazing. Our waiter was really personable and kind though he was sometimes hard to find. That’s my only complaint . Even with that, a lot of other staff checked in on us throughout the night . Cool new place”

“I absolutely love Luca West!!! The aesthetic is polished, clean, and simply brilliant. Not only that, but the drinks, food, and desserts were exquisite!!! The server was a bundle of joy, lifting the spirits of the whole table. This is definitely one of my favourite restaurants in the Westlake/Cleveland area. The only downside I can think of is the location but other than that, nothing negative to say.”

“Everything was great,food was decent, servers good. Asked for box and paid my bill. Than as I was putting my food into my box; I noticed a hair buried in my beans and lettuce mix. I spoke with the manger and he re-funded my bill. However I probably won't forget that hair in my food, so it's likely I will never return.”

“I know there's a million Italian dining restaurants around, some cheaper, and some more authentic, but this is my favorite. Has been for years, the chicken trio is my all time favorite meal and I would legitimately cry if they got rid of it. But seeing as it's 3 of their signature dishes, I doubt they ever will. Service is always great and timely.”

“I ordered a meal and a pizza from the Westlake Antonio's on Mother's Day. I called in a couple hours in advance, mentioned some coupons I had, and set a pickup time of 6:15. Around 5, I called again to push back my pickup time to 7pm, which they accommodated with grace. When I arrived to pick up my food, I found out that I forgot my coupons at home. That was fine, though, because the woman I talked to on the phone applied the coupons in advance. I got home with the food, which was still hot thanks to great packaging, and the spread covered my dining room table. My mom loved having Antonio's for dinner, and everything was delicious. 10/10 great food, great service, great Mother's Day.”

“I’m a regular at ironwood and I have to comment on this.. the last couple of posts are from a girl that the manager politely asked to leave. She has been kicked out many times for running out on her tab. She is a local crackhead who is also not allowed in other area bars for similar issues. The whole incident happened very quickly and quietly and they were never in the bathroom.”

“Pleasant service from the four people who were working this evening. It was a slow night and they very graciously offered to get us the chicken pieces we perferred as long as they had them. “This Taco Bell had a wonderful employee tonight at the window. Very patient and thoroughly explained a couple of the tacos that I was curious about.
