“How did I live so close to this place for almost a year without realizing its existence? I've been looking for solid Italian sub since moving to Cleveland but have been let down until now. This place is amazing, it's surprisingly large, has anything and everything you need for your Italian meals. Not to mention an incredible deli counter with some of the best subs I've ever had. Extremely reasonably priced, 5-7 dollars for a very hefty sub. I had to buy 2, wanted a hot and a cold one. Very glad I did, their hot Italian beef was piled high, cased in provolone cheese and given a healthy portion of very hot peppers, absolute perfection. "The Paisan" cold sub was equally delicious...both sandwiches so filling and worth every penny! Will be going back often!”

“When you want to have a well made meal at a fast food place, Panera is where you go. When you want a slice of warm fresh bread, cozy up next to a fire, and hang with friends, Panera will be there for you. Man I love Panera, and this one is no different. The cost is a bit too high, but on many items the priced is earned. Some things though are just straight gouging you, and that's where it hurts. I appreciated that the cooking team had no problem toasting my sandwich that was not supposed to be toasted, and they didn't even judge for it. They just did it, and were happy to do so.”

The one lady who is at the cash register everyday,(I think her name is Leann) is awesome she greats everyone with a smile and remembers names. “They don't know they difference between sweetened and unsweetened hot French Vanilla coffee. When I get the coffee it taste like a regular coffee. Either way to much sugar or not enough. I have been there 3 times and figured it was just the staff that day, but it seems like all the time. Also no bags for the sugar and cream. The boys there rather flirt then anything. I do not recommend going there Edit. 2 years later. They have forsure got rid of the old staff and employed some people who actually know how to make a coffee and know how to treat a paying customer. Changing my review from 1 ☆ to a 4 ☆. So glad they're getting better because there are not many other coffee shops near me.”

“Here for a conference on Halloween, prices were very high & was told they were out of soup at noon by other attendees. Went back in around 2:30 and still no soup . The staff made up for it making all of us hungry girls turkey clubs while they were cleaning up. It was appreciated since we missed lunch and needed something filling. This one man John, also helped us find other options around the area to eat since we are out of towners. It was nice someone genuinely cared we were hungry and not from around town to direct us and make sure we got whatever food was left despite trying to close. Frustrating experience turned great.”

“They have a nice deli with imported meats and cheeses and other deli fare. The hot and cold sandwiches they make there are great .The bakery makes wonderful breads and desserts. We ordered a birthday cake and it was the best chocolate mousse cake I've ever bought. The menu has many pasta dishes and home made pizzas to choose from. They also have a small store stocked with Italian items( dried pasta,wines, tomato products, drinks...) . We drove by Gentiles for years and I am glad we finally stopped in to see what's up.”
