“Best Subs, Longest Wait Ever. Ate lunch at Dave's Cosmic Subs at 1:00PM Friday, November 23rd (the day after Thanksgiving.) The place was empty except for 1 table waiting for their food. We ordered 3 subs , and 1 fry. It took 45 minutes to get our food! We sat there and waited, as customer, after customer, after customer, came in with called in orders, got their order and walked out the door. The called in orders kept getting their orders filled while we waited. It was absolutely ridiculous. If it was going to take 45 minutes, and they had all of these orders in the works already, they could have at least warned us. And if not, perhaps I should have called in my order instead of ordering with the cashier. With all that being said, the subs were literally out of this world. Best sub I've had in the past 10 years at least. But given the ridiculous wait, I would NEVER EVER just stop by again and try to get lunch. PS the fresh cut fries were totally greasy!”

“Always a great time! Food is ???? our server was friendly and efficient. The guys cooking up our food on the grill were very nice and asked how we liked your previous bowls when we came up for seconds. I love being able to customize exactly what goes into my bowl and being able to make smaller portions so that I can do several different bowls with completely different flavors and ingredient combinations. “I love this place bagels are always fresh salads are delicious and the customer service is great. The one lady who is at the cash register everyday,(I think her name is Leann) is awesome she greats everyone with a smile and remembers names. “I've been here several times now and it never disappoints--maybe even gets better every time. Plus it's one of the three restaurants in the US that my 8 year old actually likes! Tacos are authentic (so that means small) and I get 2 or 3. Burritos are filling and huge and tasty. I love the roasted jalapenos at the salsa bar, and their fresh salsas are always delicious. Now I don't miss my years living in Arizona and California. It's that good.”

The only thing that gives me pause, and perhaps it is because it is located on the fringes of University Circle, is that for most of our meal, we were the only patrons. When we left, there was only two other tables. This was on a day at a time when virtually any similar restaurant would have been packed. Perhaps it just needs more exposure.”

“This is my favorite restaurant and also my favorite cafe in Cleveland. The people who work here are wonderful, especially the owner. The tea selection is wonderful. The Palestinian food is delicious, the desserts are incredible. The small market has beautiful mugs made by the owner as well as loose leaf teas for sale. Being here is like being away from all the difficult things in life, especially in the summer when the windows are open and the breeze is warm. This is a wonderful way to enjoy Palestinian culture and to enjoy good food & good atmosphere with friends.”
