“Very tasty! I had the two sliders at the very hot level. I didn't think they were overpoweringly hot but I've built up a tolerance. Also it did make me sweat a little so don't get me wrong, it was spicy! The fries were awesome. Very crispy and seasoned perfectly. The slaw on the sliders was perfect. Nice clean crisp taste on the hot contrast. Two sliders were almost too much for me but hey, it was good so I cleaned the plate. I didn't ask but a BBQ sauce on any of the chicken would be fantastic. I'm curious how the reaper hot is, so I might have to re-review when I find out. Lastly I love the voice of the dude calling order numbers. Very videogamesk. Nice touch!”

“So far I’ve had nothing but positive experiences since picking up food from this location. I enjoy the convenience of the rapid pick-up and my food is always ready, even f I decide to pop in five minutes early. At one point I was a newcomer to this location and ordered a pastry at the counter. The associates explained to me the process of ordering as the layout of the restaurant could be confusing for a first timer. When walking in the front door, that counter is for those ordering in store. The counter to the right, when walking in the door, is where you’d pick up an order already placed through the app. My goal is to try at the table service and delivery. So far so good! I recommend signing up for rewards through the app as well!”

When I tell you that my 1st bite was amazing I’m telling you the truth. That pork chop was amazing!! I’m not sure what seasoning they use but it’s worth the high cholesterol and blood pressure lol. My food was well worth the wait! Give them a try! I cannot wait until I come back to Cleveland to try some other options on the menu.”

“This is a small place. It's an ally type of setup. The bar goes along one wall, the opposite wall has lounge seating. The DJ is on the opposite side of the main entrance. It v gets real congested at peak times. No dance area, just an open walking area that gets used. Oh yeah the music gets really loud for such a small place. That could be good or bad, depends on what you like. The last part, there is a kitchen as well. My cousin runs her business out there. So I have to say the food is good. I think if it weren't for the food it would not be as good of a place.”

“I ordered from Marcos for the first time in months today. My last experience was not pleasant. My experience today was much better. I placed my order and the driver came but I didn't hear the door. As I ran to my porch I could see the driver leaving my street. I had a missed call from the driver so I called back. She was clearly irritated with me and told me it would be an additional 2hrs before I would get my pizza. I didn't trust her tone nor did I trust her to deliver an edible pizza. So I asked for a refund and she said that's fine and hung up. I didn't trust her so I called the store and explained to an employee, Mya, the situation and I asked her to process my refund. She said she could not, that the manager was the only one authorized to do so and that a manager would be in soon to call me. I questioned how she would contact me if she didn't have my phone number and name. She assured me that they had caller id and read my number back to me and then asked my name. I asked her if the driver who was supposed to delivered my pizza was the manager and she said no. I called back 30 minutes later and the manager answers. I explain again my situation. The manager turns out to be the driver after all, but she was very poised about the issue. She explained to me what I knew that they had no drivers and they're back up. She apologized for sounding so unfriendly and I apologized for missing her. I told her I just wanted a refund and she assured me that the money went back to my card after failed delivery. Both the manager and employee were much more polite to deal with. Not perfect but at least they're clearly trying. Stick with this staff and get them some drivers. The food is great. Wait times however are ridiculous.”
