Applebee's Grill + Bar

Enjoyed dinner with a friend as we shared an appetizer of onion rings and each had an entree. I was surprised of the sauce offered with the onion rings, so I used ketchup. I really enjoy my meal twice, that evening and for lunch the next day. I believe it was a three cheese, chicken penne. The waitress provided great service. The restaurant was nice and we enjoyed local photographes that were displayed.

Just an average chain restaurant, and their food ranges from okay to good. I had a burger here once that I liked, but I don't go out of my way to eat here. This is a fine place to go, but their are better places to choose from.

Went there this evening. Ordered a couple of Margarita's they were terrible, didn't even taste like a Margarita. Ordered ribs for two, everything was cold. I have ate here in the past was great food and service. Something has changed here (not for the better). Spoke with Darrel the manager, he tried to have us reorder but my wife and I were so disappointed we declined. I hope this Applebee's can turn things around. Customers should receive hot good food, good service as well. Darrell we will return and try again, I'Lloyd ask for your help next time. Thanks again for trying. Long time customer.

Great place to eat in Defiance! Friendly,knowledgeable staff! I recommend the quesadilla burger & fries. We went there for lunch the other day. I mentioned to the waitress that we were there celebrating my birthday and after we were done eating, she brought out a brownie w/ice cream and two spoons---compliments of her!
