    The only thing good to say is that we received our order quickly and the food was good and hot! The associates have very poor customer service skills! The cashier did not greet us or say thank you after taking our order. Another associate was down right rude when my husband asked for ketchup. Seems poor customer service is a theme in the restaurants in Defiance!

    I visit this place often and have always had a great experience. Today I think was a clear mistake. The receipt and wrapper show the sandwich was ordered with cheese and onions, but they were not on the sandwich.

    A quick call and the management agreed to make it right. That's why I love this place, great people, clean place and usually great food
