Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Staff was extremely helpful and supportive with explaining the different smoothies. However living in the days were everyone is attempting to do a smoothie I was expecting more. I had Peaches and Silk which I also added pineapple to but truthfully it tasted more like ice with flavored syrup. Willing to give it another try because of the staff.

We were super excited to hear about Tropical Smoothie Cafe opening in Columbus, as we have visited the Dayton and Florida restaurants for years. The Lyra Drive location met all expectations. Took the family there for lunch. We all got a different sandwich and smoothie. Delicious options with superb customer service. If today was an indication of their quality, I will visit regularly.

The Mocha Madness was some next level stuff, straight ????. I could order that smoothie for the rest of my life. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful. They carried us through the whole process, easily the best customer service experience I have ever had. I will visit again and again, the smoothies are too good.

I visited this location today and got the Mocha Madness Smoothie since I had not had any coffee yet. And the smoothie was really good! Nice balance of coffee flavor but not too sweet. I feel like a lot of mocha drinks are too sweet but they made it really well.Perfect for a raining day in Columbus. All of the staff was really friendly and the owner was really nice as well. I plan on coming back there next time I'm in the Polaris area.

We had these in AZ and loved it. We are excited there is one now 5 minutes from us. Great healthy food and awesome options for the smoothies. Grand opened today and staff was fast and efficient.
