Taco Bell

I’ve been here about 5 times and have not experienced the rude staff or long wait that people complain about. The staff at the drive thru always asks “how are you?” And are very pleasant. The drive thru moves quickly and when I ask for no sour cream, they always get it right. The food tastes good, quality is decently good.

My two complaints are that one time, the only drinks available were Pink Lemonade and Iced Tea. The other is that the Skittles Freeze machine was broken. Not the end of the world like people make it out to be.

I never leave reviews but had to when I came across a recent review from a gentlemen who caused a scene while I was there with my husband last Saturday. I think the gentlemen SWARUP NAYAK who left the negative review was the person who came in and was arguing with the staff when we were there dining. I do not know all the details but what I heard was the manager telling him they can only honor one free mobile promotion per person. I think this individual was asking for numerous free product and he was by himself. The manager was very nice but walked away after this person refused to leave until he received all his free orders even throwing the one free product at another employee because he wanted all of his free orders or nothing I guess. I must say, as a business owner myself, the manager was much more calm and polite than I would have been. I would have called the police on him. It is people like this who try and abuse coupons/promotions that ruin it for everyone else. Get a job and quit trying to steal.
To the staff that was there...I am sorry you have to deal with people like this. Just know that we appreciate everything you do. We come there often and it is always excellent and you are always very kind so thank you.
