The Polaris location is much better. Rice was mushy and cold and it seemed the food had been sitting out because of the lack of business

3 overall because the food is why we come. The good the kimchi is nice and spicy. The cucumbers were fresh. The bad, the yum yum sauce was missing the yum yum. Very bland and flavorless, I wish this had been a choice on the side versus withered on top. The beans and corn were just that - they didn't taste seasoned and didn't have bright flavor on their own. The chicken was a little dry and the noodles were flavorless. I might try a salad next time, with a ginger dressing IF I have a coupon.

They were crowded at 1:04 on cinco de Mayo Sunday. The new place is still clean and the staff were on par with similar establishments.

I will try again when I have a coupon, but I don't get the hype-for me it was barely a 3 on taste.

I visited this location for the first time today and it was delicious! Staff were friendly, it was clean, the food had good portions and was cooked well. Excited to be working so close to here so I can frequent for my lunches!

The management really needs to get a few things better. The staff working are not kind to customers and got Tofu and it was like cement….burnt and hard as a rock. Had to toss it. Polaris knows how to get it right. Maybe get some training from them. Was so happy when u came to Westerville but u need to manage the food and operation to get it right. Good luck and hope to be back when things are better

Amazing service!! We had a large group order and wanted to pay with cash- cannot pay that way with an online order. Called the store and the manager, BAO WEN, let us text him our order for pickup! It was ready super fast and he helped me out to the car with all 5 bags of food! Thank you BIBIBOP!
