Love the food and the staff. Have visited three times and food has been excellent each time. My favorite dish so far is the ropa vieja.

Staff have been polite and friendly on each visit, even when crazy busy.

If you visit at a busy time keep in mind that is a small place, so carry out may be the better option.

Best Cubano in Columbus! The food was made quick and the sandwich was as good as I've tasted. It's a small, intimate cafe playing cuban music over speakers that all added to its authentic charm. Highly recommended!

Absolutely 100% satisfied with the entire experience. Delicious, fresh food. Outstanding service. Clean and comfortable. Easy to order and even had Vegetarian and Vegan options! I highly recommend Pablo's! Guarantee that this food is way better than whatever you're planning on making for dinner tonight ???? One of my new favorites!

You won't find better authentic Cuban food in Columbus. Had the pork which is not on the menu. The pork was very flavorful and juicy. Perhaps a bit more orange and lime flavor than I would like and definitely more than I had in southern Florida, but still really good. The plantains were exactly like what I would expect and were delicious. The rice was the only part that I found to be lacking vs what you would find in Miami. It was simply white rice like you make at home. The owner is a great guy and still tweaking his menu so I am hopeful he ups his rice to have more flavor or offer yellow rice as well. The lack of flavor may have been because they were out of black beans when we went and combining the rice with the beans may have given all of the flavor that was missing. I will definitely go back and am excited to try the Cubano sandwich.

The last place we have as good or better Cuban food was south Florida. This place, even the setting is authentic and absolutely amazing. The owner is super friendly and works as hard as the other employees, but still finds time to talk to his guest. We will absolutely be back again and again.
