Al Fresco Waterfront Dining on the Bay

Everything was delicious. Wouldn't expect anything less when Benny is involved! We became big fans of Zuppaman so we knew this wouldn't disappoint. The Asian truffle barbecue sauce was incredible and the walleye bites in the tacos were so awesome. The onion petals sauce was amazing, but I honestly could eat those onion rings alone!

Chef Benny Vito’s humor is just as good as his food. Benny and his crew were a lot of fun and checked in on us frequently. I had a peaceful lunch on the patio with a great view of the marina and Cedar Point. The lunch rush was taken care of swiftly and we had our food in minutes. I had an amazing perch sandwich with even better fries! A great spot to spend a summer day. PS - Be prepared to share your favorite cartoon character - that’s how they call your order out.

Absolutely excellent food. Don't let the fact that its a counter service restaurant deter you. The food is five star. We enjoyed amazingly fresh fish, perfectly fried fries and onion petals. But there is a lot more there than fish, if that is not your preference. The staff and owner are extremely helpful and friendly. And the view is out of this world. An excellent choice for an excellent meal.

Great place to slip by and get a bite of some of the best food in Sandusky by car, by boat by bike or on foot-hands down it’s a winner! Atmosphere is great with the water and boats in front of you and when it slows down the chef is gonna come out and say hi. Great prices and food was wonderful-great choices-salads, apps, burgers and sandwiches, dinners and sides. The lobster rolls are already a favorite. Can’t wait to come back and try out some other options. Live entertainment on some nights and afternoons-you’ll love it we sure did!!
