Barrel & Boar BBQ Factory

Glad we found this new and up and coming venue of some very tasty BBQ. New because, it has new management and is lookingforward to adding and sourceof great food to Lancaster. My wife had "The Flying Hawaiian" smoked pulled chicken sandwich, she throughly enjoyed it. Our son had "The Factory Burrito" pulled pork with bbq beans and a side Mac & Cheese, this fat burrito was gone in no time, great flavors. I had "The Brisket Burn Ends" this was a fall off the bones soft and moist beef bbq, totally enjoyed it. The BBQ beans had a mixture of different types of beans, I loved it. The roasted brussel sprouts in house vinaigrette were delicious. The meat portions were a little on the light side, the 3 bbq suces on the table, were very close in taste, that needs fixing. It would be great to have hand wipes available for after the meal. A little faster response in bringing the food out would also be appreciated.
Plan to go back and see what else have they done to make it better.

Listen, I cover multiple states for work, I have tried name brand, to gas station bbq, this place rocks all of it. Their catered food for our families graduation party was new level. Let me tell you this, their Alabama white sauce is as authentic as you can get. To the point I will drive down 2 hours to get it. I cannot believe how perfect it is. Mac n cheese was incredible and the backed beans were amazing. The meats were insane and I ate way too much. I stole some Alabama white sauce to go and used it at home on everything. Highly recommend.

First time trying and won't be the last, the food was very good. We had the stacked mac w/pulled pork, brisket sandwich, beans and macaroni salad. My wife loved the stacked mac and i loved the brisket sandwich, the beans were some of the best i ever had and full of smoke flavor.
The portions are good and we both agreed worth the money paid, i can't wait to return and try some other menu items.

Holy Cow!! If you've not had food from The Smoked Food Factory you are seriously missing out!!
Spectacular selection to cover just about any taste buds! We've tried quite a bit of the menu & can't find something we don't love. Brisket, Pulled Pork & Pulled Chicken - all from their huge smokers on site. Amazing sides of mac & cheese, baked beans, terrific stir fry green beans & carrots, cole slaw, BBQ sticky rice, collard greens & potato dumplings. Teriya-Que rice bowls & low carb stir fry options too!
Try taking the Gold Standard sauce & combining a bit with the Sweet Sumpin'!
They offer individual & Family Size meals - as well as larger catering orders.
It's carryout only, so forget about cooking for the night and use the easy online ordering! Great for a family dinner, larger party or event or business meeting!
