Taco Bell

The food is usually excellent here. This place caters to the campus crowd, so the wait times can be long. The drive thru is compact, but used religiously. Restrooms are key accessible only.

I have gone to this location twice now. Both times, they're hours said they were open, and both times. They had the doors locked and the drive thru closed with 3-5 in line waiting. All the lights were still on, and they weren't saying anything when I asked if they were still open. Need to learn to treat customers well. Will not be trying this one out again.

Edit: I have to say that I decided to give this place another chance and it exceeded my expectations. I wasn’t sure if they would even be open like last time but they were and were decently friendly. My order took a while to make but that’s to be expected late at night.

This is the only location I go to when I want something. Had a bit of a wait but they gave me complimentary food for the wait which took me by surprise, but it was great. The ladies who were at the window were really nice and it was overall a good experience.

Excellent customer service! I'm paralyzed and in a wheelchair. Brooklyn went out of her way to accommodate me! The tacos looked just like the ones on TV! Best Taco Bell ever!
