Ritzy's

Very similar to Five Guys, but which much sturdier hamburger buns. Prices are also slightly cheaper. Staff was very helpful and conscientious when we mentioned that my daughter had a food allergy. I did not try it on this visit but they have about 15 flavors of ice cream available as well. We will definitely return.

Food was ok. I remember the original being better, but that might be flavored with nostalgia. Burgers were pretty pink on the inside despite being very thin. Food was pricey and no kids menu is available. The workers were very friendly and helpful. Good atmosphere.

Discovered Ritzy's today. Our family LOVED it! Such friendly staff and the burgers were amazingly tasty. We got the double and fries. No room for ice cream, but they let me taste the chocolate with fudge and it was so rich and creamy. I can't wait to go back for more. My husband is a big In N Out Burger fan, but [outside of the In N Out grilled onions] we all thought this was better. We want in our own town! Please Ritzy's! Come to Delaware.

As soon as we walked in we were greated by the gentleman who took our order at the counter. We didn't know the process but that is fine we moved quickly along. I ordered the double with cheese and bacon. The entire sandwich was extremely fresh. The bun tasted like it was just baked. I later realized they bake same day. The fries were fresh and hot. Shortly after our food was finished the manager walked around asking if everyone was pleased with their meal. As soon as we finished another worker came around again asking if we were happy. He even picked up our baskets and cleaned off our table for us. The ice cream looks fresh I am going to take a pint home. Looks delicious

Great service. I would recommend this location for single diners, couples and families. The service is great. Restrooms clean and parking lot clean.

Overall great experience

Hamburgers = so good. The buns are soft, toasted, and delicious. The patties thin and tasty. Topping selection is fresh and full. Fries = so good. Shoestring thin, greasy delicious while not being soggy, and the perfect vessel for cheese. Finally, ice cream = so good. Buttery soft, thick and rich, the Mint Oreo is my choice, but you really can't go wrong.
