Bob Evans

Unfortunately, with only one hour to spare in my tight schedule, I stopped in for a quick breakfast just following a Bob Evans computer system crash at this location...... Unaware, I was seated and waited over 20 minutes for a server.
I watched a small family being seated in the neighboring section. Then I watched their server come to them, introduce himself and take their drink order..... Sigh....
I was in the midst of deciding to leave, but just as I was about to move the server from the neighboring section saw my menu still sitting on my table, no drink in front of me and clearly not yet addressed by the wait staff in my section.
This server, I now know as Jose stops mid stride, turns and decides to check in on me.
As he inquired and I replied that I had not yet been helped he paused, apologized and sat down to explain the computer complications that had transpired prior to my arrival.
Wow! Thank you Jose! You made me feel like a customer should feel when they have been wronged, heard, valued and appreciated.
Well done Jose!

Quick fast and easy. I would have given my review 5 out of 5, but what I ordered said, 3 scrambled eggs, and they used liquid eggs. Yuck!

Our family had dinner at this location recently. As has always been our experience with Bob Evans, the food was very good, warm, tasty, and fairly priced for the portion sizes. Our server, Caitlin, was super friendly and did a great job of following up with us on refills, if we needed anything, etc. Would definitely recommend this location and Caitlin!
