Pizza is decent and the store is clean. There is one employee that's been there while who is very rude on the phone... not just once but repeatedly. I've also had to wait in the drive through for 20 minutes before someone came to the window. Another time, I had to keep backing and pulling over the black hose that lets them know someone is out there. Another time, I had to pull forward and go in to let them know I was out there.
Delivery drivers have all been friendly as with the management.

Anyone who rates this place low is ridiculous, especially the person who says they’re late and live down the the road. I live down the road from this location and my order is 30 mins early every time. I’ve even been given free extra condiments, such as sour cream and ranch. I literally love Donatos and I’ve been very pleased with this location. They’re awesome.
