Rolling Soul Food Truck

Yo! That Cainded Yam Dumping was amazing! It was a great blend of sweetness and texture. The cream inside was a great surprise. As soon as I heard the name of it I knew it would be good.

Had a taste of the brisket too and it was so good too! Super tender and had the perfect amount of cheese

This food truck was at work today, and when I say the food was absolutely amazing...I got the Soul Sampler, and a co-worker got the Brisket Philly, and oh.My.goodness!! When I bit into that candied yam dumpling, my heart melted. That was the greatest thing I have tasted in a long time. And that Brisket Philly, my co-worker so graciously let me taste :-), was so flavorful, tender, and packed with peppers, onions, and cheese on a nice soft roll. I would have given 5 stars if they had a little more help to make the line move faster. Lunch time is precious and goes fast...other than that, we hope they definitely return.

Collard Green, fired egg rolls??? Sounds weird, but they are awesome!!! Especially with the Housemade Mango Tango sauce. The Smack & Cheese Bites (fried Mac & Cheese triangles) are delicious and the Candied Yam Dumplings are scrumptious. I really like the dough that Rolling Soul uses for all of these fried items, it is super thin, crispy and perfectly cooked. A lot of food trucks use too much dough on their fried items, but not Rolling Soul! The Brisket Philly with Original sauce was also a well seasoned and tasty sandwich. Keep an eye out for Rolling Soul around town! You won’t be disappointed!!
