    The restaurant was decently clean, and about half of the food on the bar was fresh and hot. Our waitress didn't refill beverages or remove dirty plates from out table, or nearby tables and so by the end of the dinner the empty table beside us was being used for dishes we were removing from our own tables.

    Food was good. Didn't have many choices for the price. Would be hard to put more choices on there due to the restaurant not being so big.

    Everything I had tonight was hot , fresh and tasted good. Some things needed a little salt and pepper to my taste but not everyone has my taste.

    I had not been to Ponderosa since I was a kid. I decided to stop in on a whim, I was very surprised the food is good. The dinner buffet price is a little more than I usually pay but I was satisfied with the food. I wish there was still one out West like when I grew up. I will be coming back.
