The place got good reviews, so we went.
But it is the definition of "hole in the wall". And not in a great part of town. We weren't even really sure where to enter - maybe this place was a strip club in a past life. No windows, solid door, limited signage.
Still, the service was good, and the chicken cordon bleu sandwich was very tasty. The chicken was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, but it was also grey in color. Noticeably so. I couldn't look at it, but it did taste great.
Other patrons were less-than-desirable; one of them, supremely drunk, talked at us for some time before we left. This was 1pm on a Saturday.
Two sandwiches, a beer, and a couple of sodas cost a whopping $17.25. Not a bad deal at all.
I'll be back for the food... and the shear spectacle of it all as well. -

(November 23, 2018, 10:49 pm)Simple hole in the wall bar. I'd best describe it as your best friends basement man cave. They only take cash...no cards allowed. Food is edible but not special in any way. It would be 2 stars but Becca who works Thursday and Friday nights is a great bartender.
