Panera Bread

Went for a "quick" bite before an appointment at Children's that was anything but quick. It wasn't a high traffic hour of the day (4pm), the place was mostly empty and there was only one person in front of me. Yet, it took about 20 min to get my order ready and... It was incomplete. There was one whole combo missing. The staff was ok, they corrected my order without question, but it took them another extra 7 min or so to have the entirety of my order ready.

This place is mehh! I remember I used to get excited for the cheddar broccoli soup but not anymore. I think I just grew up and learned life down not have to be that plain. The bread is still good though. I am thinking the next time I visit I will just get a plain baguette and skip the soup.

The food is quite good, the wait staff are very friendly and they always get the orders out quickly. The biggest issue is the lady that owns the place. She has a serious attitude problem. She treats both staff and customers badly and is just plain rude. She would be best off staying far away from the customers and delegating customer service duties to someone more friendly and polite. 4 stars for food quality and food service. 1 star for management.

This is a nice, clean place to eat. The food is great. My only issue is I wish their prices were better. Other than that, they have friendly staff, and their pastries are to die for.
