KFC

KFC is still the king of chicken restaurants, although the are many contenders for that title. When it comes to comfort food, they can't be beat. When it comes to quality, they have slipped a little. Their chicken quality has slipped, with the size of their chicken and sides going down and the prices going up (this seems to be a common thing with a lot of food - look at a "half gallon of ice cream"). They have opened the door for competition. The food still tastes good, and that is a plus.

The food was good. It was nice to go to a restaurant and get food that was nice and hot. Mr John, the gentleman, was incredibly nice. You do not often find someone that nice these days.

Service seem a lot better now. Food is fresh and hot and drive-thru seems a lot quicker now! Window staff has been great!

Food was good, fresh, & packaged with care. Staff was helpful, friendly and considerate. Unfortunately the temperature in the restaurant was insanely hot (I've worked in food service for many years, & that was obviously NOT intentional; temp was somewhere between 84 & 94 degrees. Ridiculous & unreasonable working conditions for the employees IMO, as well as uncomfortable for in-store dining), so otherwise 5 stars!! My first visit to that location but the staff goes above & beyond.
