Los Guachos

If you want as close to authentic Mexican/Hispanic food as you can get - go here.
Their pastor? Legendary. Lengua? Incredible. Barbacoa? Delicious.
I really have had so many good experiences with Los Guachos, it's hard to write it all out.
However, some tips for you new folk:
- Their tacos come standard as soft, double tortilla and about 6" across. So fairly small by American standards.
- Their standard quesadilla is not like the ones you'll get from Taco Bell. It's an open face spread of deliciousness. If you're looking for the typical quesadilla, get the grande.
- Salt and Lime has been confirmed to be delicious on everything.
- Their tabletop pepper and onion mix, is nothing to play with. It will light you up and not care.
- As you're standing in line, google the items you've never heard of before. You may find something delicious! Also, you'll speed up your ordering time.

Fun place to eat. Great atmosphere and friendly service. The food is decent, but flavors were not up to my high expectations. I ordered the taco salad (chip bowl appeared to have been bought, not made) and my ordered a fish, asada, and pork taco. She said the pork was tasty, and the others were mediocre. I agree d that the carne asada in my taco salad was a bit dry and lacking taste.

Legitimate Mexican tacos and other delights in a very casual counter-serve setting. Be very careful about adding the pickled spicy garnish; it's legitimately hot! I highly recommend experimenting around the menu during each visit. The food is absolutely as good here as the other location.

Excellent. You get what you pay for here and more. Authentic Mexican. Great menu. Spice just right. Nice decor. Great customer service. Quick.

This is for the Sawmill Road location. Nice dining area with plenty of seating. Expanded menu and classic favorites are available. Food was fresh and tasty. Only issues was time to order and receive food was pretty slow. Also it is confusing since you order at the counter and there is no PA system when food is ready.
