Chile Verde

Amazing authentic NEW MEXICAN food, not Mexican food! There is s tremendous difference! To not try Chile Verde is to miss out on one of Columbus best restaurants. The green chile is amazing and adds a great heat to chimichangas, taco salads, cheeseburgers, I could go on! I have never been disappointed with a meal no matter what time of day. Portions are overly generous, be prepared!

In town visiting my brother who suggested Chile Verde for a good meal. Greeted very promptly with a smile from the great staff and servers. Ordered a few spicy beef tacos which where brought out in a very short time. Flavor was amazing with the pineapple salsa they added to them. Very pleasant and quite atmosphere. It was about half way to capacity at around 1 pm when we arrived. Prices are possibly a little above average for the area but worth it. Definitely recommend.

So many good things going on here! They have very high quality, sauteed veggies in their fajitas and veggie burritos. The fajitas are big enough to share, and the burritos have a delicious, doughy tortilla that really makes the burrito. The salsa is fresh and the bowl is never empty. I was disappointed the one time I ordered guac because they filled the bowl with lettuce which made it look fuller than what really counted. Overall, it's a taste and quality that can't be beat which makes this a delicious place with great service!

This place was awesome! From the friendliness of the staff to the cleanliness of the place! I'm almost positive our servers name was John. He greeted us at the door and actually ended up being our server. When he came to the table he asked if this was our first time there, we said yes. With that being said he offered to bring us out a sampler plate of all there meets and Sauces to try. He told us it would be like Deconstructed nachos which it was. I couldn't believe he offered to do this free of charge. So we got try a little bit of everything and got to pick out exactly what we wanted to eat! We definitely will be returning to this place when were in the Columbus area! The whole experience was just great and I feel like our server exceeded expectations! Which was so nice to have for once because most places you go now a days have really poor customers service. So dont wait go and ask for John!
