Amazing. Simply put.
The server was very good
The food was incredible.
Salad bar top notch.
Highly recommend we've been to places much more expensive with not as good of food and smaller portions.
Bar drinks were worth price paid. Not cheaply made.
Meat was sooo good. And we mentioned we wanted a particular meat and they were straight away to us with it. Great tasting perfectly cooked. Can't wait to go back

The salad bar is amazing; however, there needs to be labels on the items...there are still some things I have no idea what they were. The variety of meat is vast. (We came at lunchtime. I've heard there is even more at dinner.) My favorites were the garlic sirloin and the Brazilian sausage. I would recommend if you like your meat more well done, to ask for medium well. When we saw some of the well done meats they were badly burned. Good service, would return.

I recommend lunch, you will have adequate time to walk off this delicious meal, walking around Easton.
We made lunch reservations for 2:00.
We arrived early and were seated within minutes. It is large open room seating. there is very impressive fresh salad bar. It has smoked salmon, cold meats. There is a very impressive cocktail & wine book.
A waiter takes your drink orders. The Guachos then come by the table with an incredible assortment of perfectly prepared meats. Each more mouthwatering then the last. They also have beautiful dessert offerings which I had to pass on as I could not have eaten another bite of food.

This way my first time here and it was amazing! Well worth the cost. If you haven't tried them yet I recommend signing up for their mailing list to receive a coupon. The service here was decent.. I say that because I felt the waitress wasn't around very often, needed refills. But besides that it was amazing! I would highly recommend that you get a reservation and schedule it earlier to be able to see the beautiful cold display. There is plenty of parking, both in garage parking and open. Another thing, the chairs are a little wobbly...

Excellent service, perfectly cooked meat, with friendly staff. Lunch is very reasonably priced. Highly recommend the bacon chicken and the stuffed jalapenos. Lots of options for steak lovers. Personal tip: get a sampling of meats before you partake in the cold bar, and don't fill up on bread! A new favorite for date time meals!
