Jose's Big Dogs

Love this place. Outside dining table. Great dogs and tots. Brewster's bar up front, great vibe here.

Stopped by this food trailer, behind the bar, right off High St/Weber Rd. Had the Boli's Coney Dog with chips. The dogs are 1/4 lb dogs. They make their own chili sauce, you could see the peppers in it. Everything was fresh, not the best I've had but okay.

Well, it's just a little food truck behind Brewsters Pub at the corner of Weber and High Street. It's very unassuming and it's not open all the time but as I was driving by today and saw that the windows were open for business, I quickly did a u-turn found a spot to park in ordered a Coney and Jose's tots.
The menu is basically centered around hot dogs, huge hot dogs and I got to tell you, it was darn good. More than darn good it was excellent! My tater tots were covered in tomatoes and scallions and hot peppers... a fabulous treat. Who knew that you could load up tater tots and they would be five-star good?
Do yourself a favor and make it a point to get over to This Little Piece of Heaven in Clintonville. It's worth the trip.
