I had an amazing bison delmonico steak dinner! I was expecting a fantastic experience, and my expectations were well exceeded! The service was patient, courteous, and amusing, with fabulously insightful suggestions for this first time. There was a fabulous drink selection at the bar, and the margarita left a smile on my face and a request for another! I could not have crafted a better atmosphere and experience! The quality of the bison was above par, could not have been better. Thanks so much!

So good, we went back the next day. This was the best salmon I have EVER had anywhere. Our server was great with the suggestions and service. Eat here.

I've had a couple of meals here and both were delicious. This time I had the salt and pepper trout. The fish was flaky and nicely crisp around the edges and the salsa, salad, and tomatoes that came with it complimented the fish nicely. The server was polite and we received our food without a long wait. The dining room is open and has plenty of space. Though we had a group of five, the dining room was about to accommodate us very well and we could all be heard. Other diners are close so the buzz of other conversations serves as background noise.

Excellent service and meal. Actually 2nd visit to the Easton location, the server was very friendly and efficient, took order and delivered perfectly. She was awesome. The appetizer was great, large portion of onion rings, with excellent horseradish sauce. The bison burger and bison short ribs entrees were superb, well prepared, tasty and great presentation. We opted for cheesecake dessert, also well prepared and presented. Great meal, looking forward to our next visit.

Had never been here before but was blown away by how good my bison burger was. Perfection. Onion rings were some of the best I'd had as well. And the home made pickles they start you out with for free are also killer. I'll definitely be back. They also have that special kind of ice in their drinks that we all love to chew on, which isn't a reason to go there, but is a nice little detail. Wait staff was attentive and the chef even came out to make sure we were happy with the food. Decor was cool too. Can't go wrong here, especially if you're a big meat eater.
