Nicola Restaurant & Bar

It was raining horribly the night we dined here but the restaurant was warm and inviting. The service was impecibable, very well paced and six of us enjoyed our meals. Loved the lamb chops, very generous portion at amazing low price.

A good overall quality meal, a nice environment and the owner was present saying hello and checking in with the patrons to make sure they were enjoying their visit. The mozzarella caprese salad was delicious and the Italian curd meat tasting plate was also very good. The pappardelle was good, but just not quite what I wanted, next time I visit I'll have to try something else

As always the best Italian meal in town. Great atmosphere and the owners make you feel like you are dining at their home. Can't wait to go back again.

Great service, atmosphere, cocktails, wine list. I have only visited once and have only tried their rissotto, which was better than any I've had here in Columbus although no where near as good as what I've had back in Tuscany. Overall, recommend.

I have had extraordinary food at Nicola. I love the place. But, last time, the sauce on my veal piccata was completely congealed; the plate had sat under a warmer for way too long, obviously. I didn’t complain, as the dinner was meant to be a romantic event ... but I’m not sure how soon I will return ....
