    Our favorite pizza place since I was 11 years old. Now I order once a month for my son. Now it's his favorite place. The cashier helped him choose a family meal, and encouraged him to count his change.

    Worker on duty Kathern exhibited exceptional customer service. Ordered online for an in store pickup. Upon submitting order realized it was for the wrong location. I cancelled the order at the other store and was using reward points. The reward points did not credit back to my account and Kathren immediately offered to make my pizza and did not charge me for the order. Customer service isn't dead.
