Roosters

Eventhough, i did not eat here I still felt compelled to leave a comment. Was in the neighborhood visiting another business and stopped at Rooster's
looking for coffee. The young ladies were very polite and eventhough they did not sell what I was looking for they directed me to a place that did. I was glad I wasn't brushed off and really appreciated the short conversation and attention they gave me.

I love this Roosters but if I am honest I have to say that the last 6 weeks something has changed. The orders are always messed up, we order and it take forever and the last two times, portions of or orders were missing. I have been going for years and still love it but please please please do something to change the recent declined in service quality.

The chicken is pretty good. Although the fries are dry, bland, and cold/tough. The sauce spilled on my food once whilst riding in my car. (I am picky so I like my sauce in a particular way. Plus it got on the bag.)

The wait for food is very long. We waited for about an hour for our food.

Extremely cramped; bar takes up most of restaurant. Parking lot is tiny and most spots are reserved or taken up by the dumpster, which smells. I mean of course it does but close the lid is all you have to do.)

Sports is the only thing on T.V. (wish is boring to me.)

Kind staff that make an effort to make your day better.

We wanted to eat in but there wasn't any space. They need a better parking lot, because with there being so many customers and only a 4 car parking space, we had to walk from the next block over just to park. Remind you its very cold outside. So we decided to order out instead. Other then that food was good
