GC Pho

Travelled from Toronto, Canada and stopped into GC Pho in Columbus, OH. We heard from many friends that the Pho & Bánh mì are out of this world. It truly is. Spoke to the Owners and found out that the Pho broth is made from scratch daily and the selection of meats and pate are also curated locally and made in house. This is by far the BEST place to eat Vietnamese food especially if you love both Pho & Bánh mì. Food portions are generous in size and the service is fantastic. Can't wait to go back to Columbus and visit GC Pho again. Keep up the great work!

The Best Pho I have ever experienced. I have had Pho all over the USA and I used to think that California had the best Pho. This hidden gem here in Ohio has knocked my socks off with their Pho. Also the staff was so friendly and helpful. If you like Vietnamese food you will love GC Pho.

The food was amazing!! I got GC Pho Special and Char Grilled Pork Noodle with a Thai Iced Tea. Pho broth was very flavorful. Grilled pork noodle was so delicious as well. Highly recommend!!!!!!!

So Columbus has only a few Vietnamese restaurants. When moving here I quickly became patterned to going to the same places.. buckeye pho being the one I always went back to even though it’s 30 minutes away and it isn’t the same place I fell in love with..I can now say I have a new love closer to home.
GC Pho opened two months ago and I regret not coming sooner. You can tell their food is made with love and time. It feels homemade and the people who own and run the place show their customers as much love as they do the food. The broth in the pho was made with a good balance while the meet and ingredients were fresh and prepared correctly. The Banh Mi was a home comfort food and had the right amount of cold cuts and other ingredients. All the rest spring rolls, dumplings, etc. we’re all very delicious as well.
After writing all that.. I’m hungry again. Maybe I should have waited to write this after I left the restaurant.

I love the noodles soup or noodles dry mixed which they call Wall Noodles here. It’s still off menu which I don’t know why. You can’t find it at any restaurant in Columbus. I also love the pork and shrimp egg rolls. Excellent food❤️
