Jamaican Mama Cuisine

You’ll see me coming back! Food is delicious. If you like meat don’t think anymore just come on in and mama will fix you up a plate. Portions are generous and flavorful. Beef Patties make a great snack around the store too. I got the ox tail and it is fantastic.

I absolutely loved my Oxtails beans and Rice. I would love to have a little more beans in my rice, but it was delicious. I got extra gravy on my rice. The cabbage was good as well. I normally go to Ms. Enas kitchen but the parking and the wait is ridiculous. I walked in and placed my order and 3 mins later I was on my...Yummy Yummy.....gig I mention Yummy!!😋

I was looking for some Jamaican food near me and I found this restaurant it is tucked away in a grocery store. I heard great reviews so I had to try it for myself. Walked in and mama was so friendly and so sweet and I got the oxtails and vegetables today and let me just tell you is so tender, vegetables perfect, rice cooked deliciously oxtails amazing!!

Came across this place while shopping at Saraga, they are inside on the left. Amazing food, and the portions are hella big. I could t wait to get home and dig into the oxtail, but dang that jerk chicken wow’ed me. Crazy good spices. I am not a huge connoisseur of jerk chicken, normally go for the oxtail and goat curry, but this was another level. Highly recommend it.

Also normally don’t do desserts, but we had a slice of the rum cake (eaten before I could get a picture!). Hella good! Sweet, moist, still able to taste the rum.

Will definitely be back for the Ackee and Saltfish.

Probably going to grab some plates every time we go to Saraga. And maybe sometimes we’ll use Saraga as an excuse to pick up some jerk chicken and rum cake.
