Roosters

Service was disorganized, staff was not very attentive to customers, service was slow, the food was served partly warm, partly cold. Music was too loud. Just disappointed all around. I have visited on 3 occasions hoping for a different outcome.

This is a newly opened place so hopefully things will improve. In the meantime, it's well worth a drive to another Roosters for the time being.

Love the new location! We have been to it numerous times and have noticed that the six handicap spots in front of the restaurant only have one maybe two vehicles parked there meanwhile, there are no spots designated for take out. We had to park in the Germain Ford storage lot and walk quite a distance to collect our take out order. Other than that, location wait times are minimal and food is excellent. Staff is really nice also. Definitely recommend!!

I had never been to Roosters before and my first time was a great experience! We had Alysia as our server and she was awesome. She knew about the specials and knew the answers to any questions we had. She checked on us just enough and not too much. She had the best attitude and was very friendly. The drink specials and the food were both great. I'll definitely be back!

It’s open! Roosters finally in easy access to Dublin/Sawmill area. Awesome wings as always, super quick service (even for the grand opening), large patio and a nice huge open dining room unlike some of the other locations. Excited to have them in the neighborhood. Be sure to ask for Kelsey, she’s great!

Went to Roosters opening night for carryout. Everybody in our family loved there wings and soft pretzel. They forgot my burger so had to go back and get it. Manager came out personally apologized gave me my food and a 5 dollar rooster bucks! Great customer service!! Will be back often!
