I was finally able to get the full shake shack experience and wow it was wonderful! The burger is truly an awesome burger. The sauce on it is great, the bun is fresh and thin. If you are getting the fries, you have to get the cheese sauce, it is incredible. It is so thick and delicious. I can't wait to go back!

Love their burgers! They are not as greasy as any of the other similar competitors and they have a small menu which seems well thought out. The only thing I have a personal downfall with is the shake sauce, it's a bit too sweet for my liking. I use it as a dipping sauce sometimes for the crinkle cut fries, so it all works out!

Oh! Their shakes have been great every time! Treat yourself!

This place is the best. I don't even care that they ran out of Shack sauce. They were seemingly a bunch of kids working a busy night and they did pretty well, even if we had to wait a few extra minutes for the food. Will definitely be back to one of their locations soon!

If you like shake shack, then you like shake shack. They have a lane and they stay in it. Thin, smashy style burgers are great, but the prices don't reflect the quantity of food one would expect. The burgers are fine, not anything special. The fries are about as good as any other place when fresh. The milkshakes are good but cost as much as a half gallon of premium ice cream. I will personally always go for the locally owned over the mega global brand, especially in this hyper competitive city, most especially during this pandemic. Shake shack and its investors will be fine. Locally owned burger places desperately need your business to survive this year.
