Texas Steele BBQ

By far and away the best bbq I've had...ever. The brisket is moist, tender and delicious. So good you can eat it without sauce and be fully pleased with your life choices. But why would you when the sauces are themselves a masterpiece? The Mac and cheese is phenomenal. The carrot pudding cake is everything you could want from a lovely southern treat. Every single bit of the meal was fantastic. Can't recommend it high enough.

The food was fantastic! The owner was easy to get along with and gave me a sample of the meat before my sandwich was done, so I could taste it without the sauce. Will come back and can't wait to bring home to my wife!

Their brisket is awesome! Never had it chopped up before, but it make it super tasty since the lean a d fat are mixed. The Boudin was great also. Owner super nice and friendly.

Texas Steele makes a very fine brisket. I find that the fat is perfectly rendered and the flavor is unique among Columbus smokehouses, given the white oak the proprietor uses in his on site smoker. I like to support local and especially small businesses, and I can't think of any place in Grandview I prefer to this one currently. The guy knows his meats, no doubt about it.

OMG! So freaking good! I only had 3 items the brisket, ribs and baked beans. The brisket every bit as good as City BBQ, the ribs are better and the beans really aren't fair to compare just because they are so different. Just go, give them money and enjoy delicious BBQ. 3 simple steps!
