The Mix Charcoal Chicken

The owners/workers were fantastic and patient in walking me through the menu. The spices they used on the chicken was fantastic and extremely moist throughout. Highly recommend!

I ate at The Mix with my kids. My daughter said, "This is so good I might cry." The Mix of Peruvian and Somali food is heaven to the taste buds. The rice was perfect. The chicken was incredibly flavorful. Also, you must try the yellow sauce. We have a new favorite restaurant!

The woman at the counter was friendly and helpful. I went for the half chicken on her recommendation and was blown away by the amount of food; only to be further impressed by how much flavor they packed into the perfectly cooked chicken.Ive never had rice taste so good, was sad to see no greens on the menu but plenty of options. Fries weren't for me

The charcoal chicken >>>>> Also, the green sauce is amazing. At first it seems very mild, but then the heat kicks in after a bit and your mouth is on fire out of nowhere. The rice is super good as well. The employees are really cool and they'll answer any questions you may have. 10/10, I encourage you to come try their food out!

Decided to try this restaurant after seeing advertisements on Facebook about a new chicken joint in town. I tried the 1/2 chicken combo which came with fries and a salad. The chicken was juicy and fall off the bone. The chicken had amazing flavor and the herbs and spices worked wonderfully. I also tried a side of the tequeños, basically cheese sticks, and they were great too. I met the owners who were very friendly and quick to explain any question I had. I definitely recommend stopping in and trying this new chicken place!
