    Marco is so nice and a such a positive person. There is a tim hortons closer to me than this location but it Marco made me want to drive the extra miles to come up to this one!

    Placed a postmates order for cookies. The manager got on the phone with me to ask if I wanted anything to replace the cookies. I told her it's okay to not replace because I had company coming over and that's what they liked. She was so nice and very apologetic on the phone. To make it right she offered to replace with premium donuts at no extra cost to me. She really wanted to make me happy! I really appreciate it because I rarely get good customer service. Thank you!
