W.G. Grinders Catering

Great sandwiches! I order ahead and pick up. I love the club. It's my favorite. I like how they offer the subs in so many sizes. Order big and save half for lunch tomorrow. The store front needs some TLC, so I grab mine to go.

Decent food and nice staff, I'll be back

We order from this W.G. Grinders all the time at work, usually very happy with the outcome (hence the stars). However, we were super disappointed in the service today. When we received our large order through Postmates, none of our subs were cooked. The bread was barely warm and cheese barely melted. Not toasted at all. I sent a notice to Postmates who took care of me quick. I also called the store though to let them know and the owner, Mike, told me it was all cooked. I disagreed trying to explain that the bread was still cold from the bag. I wasn't asking for money back or store credit or anything, just letting them know they made a mistake so that it didn't continue to happen. Although he apologized he did argue with me about it. I understand that situations happen and people take advantage but we were trying to help you out and the response was quite upsetting. I know it's just a google review but I hope that Mike reads this and is more considerate the next time a customer expresses concern.

Okay so I LOVE Grinders and have been eating at their locations around Columbus since they opened...however this particular location needs a MAJOR upgrade and renovations.

The food is GREAT! But why not replace the old signs, fill holes in the wall and paint??

Love the pizza sub! Great prices and fast service! Wish there were more locations in the Columbus area!
