White Castle

I wanted to take a tray home with me but much to my chagrin the girl at the counter denied my request. So good job management on instilling ethical fairness into your staff! Great food again.

Clean and convenient. Food was good. Atmosphere was nice. Parking in the garage was easy and validated.

When they bulldozed the original White Castle building I was saddened to see it go. I am fully aware the neighborhood is changing and more high-end (cough cough expensive) restaurants are going in. So I am happy they rebuilt the White Castle in the lobby of the new mid size tower.

The location is very nice inside. Quite welcoming and an overall great place to grab a quick bite to eat. The staff they have currently are very nice and polite.

rand-spanking new facility with super clean presentation! Thank you for reinvesting in this community, especially since White Castle is a locally-owned brand and tradition. The staff is super friendly and is dialed into the short-north brand of friendliness. At 3:00 AM, it was truly a five-star experience -- almost as good as some of the overpriced steak houses that serve choice and select levels of beef! The traditional white castle sandwich was cooked perfectly and the onion chips were crispy, but not overcooked! Keep up the fantastic work!!!
