Yun Nan Crossing Bridge Noodle

I’ve been loving Yun nan noodles and found there’s one in Columbus, I got to try it today with an takeout order (currently no dine-in ) and it tasted so good, I chose the classic one, the soup was so delicious and came with lots of noodles, not sure why some people complain there’s not enough noodles, I actually had a lot which is way too much for me. I will definitely order again and come back for dine-in.

This Yun Nan Crossing Bridge is very close to the regular Chinese favor!! Which tomatoes I love the best!! The beef and egg which is the first two thing you put in the soup to make sure it cooks well. I personally like medium rare beef so you can put it later on. The portion is very enough for me and the add on is great as well!! Love it this is the 3rd time I came to the crossing bridge which I will be back soon.

I had an amazing Valentines Day dinner here. The broth and ingredients were fresh and delicious. The sliced beef was perfection. I added the Chinese vinegar and hot pepper sauce that is available into the broth making a delicious and spicy meal that reminded me of China. I had cucumber salad on the side that tasted exactly how I wanted it to. I’ll definitely be back and very thankful to have such a nice Chinese restaurant here in Columbus. Thanks!
