(July 9, 2019, 1:56 am)We have always had a good experience here, whether as a larger group (of 8) or just a twosome. The service tonight was especially top notch, and our food was tasty as always. They have great vegetarian options. I especially recommend the Blue Ginger tofu or the spicy Mango tofu. The mango tofu is actually a little smoky and spicy and sweet and tangy. It's delicious! The apps are great, too. Our spring rolls were cooked just right and not greasy. Plus, the presentation is spot on. I can't speak very much to the alcoholic drink options, but other than that, I can and do highly recommend Blue Ginger!

(April 25, 2019, 6:59 pm)Was surprised at how nice this place. As an Asian fusion restaurant I did not expect everything to be so good. Usually fusion places lean one way or another. The salt & pepper Calamari is crazy good so was the Udon.
