“This place is great. First time here. It is kind of like a cafeteria with a salad bar that offers steak. We got there early for lunch and I had the Sirloin tips and they were great! Not sure I understand the purpose of going through the line at the beginning. Maybe there is more food out later in the day, but I would think they could just have a front counter to order from. Salad bar had a decent selection and was clean (most important in my opinion!). I'll be back!”

“Every staff member I came in contact with was pleasant. The cashier offered to help carry our trays to our seat. Great selection of drinks above the normal fountain selection (flavored teas and lemonades). I consider Boston Market a step above fast food due to the price point and a step under a family style casual restaurant. I am happy that this location on Broad Street is still going strong considering the downfall of the Westland Mall. I had rotisserie chicken, Brussels sprouts, potatoes and cornbread with raspberry iced tea. Each item was as expected. Above fast food, below a sit down restaurant. I am willing to pay the price for Boston Market. Also, staff were instantly clearing and cleaning the tables when customers left. A major plus for me!”
