Buffalo Wild Wings

Not the best BW we've been to. Good location just off the main parkway making it easy to find. The parking lot is small so you'll likely need to park in the adjacent lot and walk over. The restaurant itself is surprisingly spacious inside. But the service and food was just a bit sub par here. Our server was aloof and quite forgetful. Two of the meals we ordered we're warm at best, and everyone's wedges were cold. Hopefully it was just an off night for this location, and maybe your experience will be better.

I went to this particular location to order out for my birthday and never had been at this location before...mind you I've been going to"Bdubs" for years, literally like over 10 years. I walked in with my daughter and her father to potentially get a good meal. I was greeted by a someone named Rebekah whom seemed nice at first, but things went left, not realizing it. I nor my party was rude, disrespectful or intimidating. I ordered my food (about 11chicken tenders that were on sale for $1a piece on Mondays) not thinking anything of the fact that it seemed to take longer than necessary, but I figured if it's being cooked fresh, it may take a bit longer and that wasn't a problem. I then noticed her conversation and dameanor with the other customers whom came in after me and even the patron that was before me. I felt a vibe of something I never experienced. A vibe and/or feeling that I shouldn't be there ( because of her) and the idea that my daughter, her father and especially myself were not welcome and/or accepted at this establishment. Unless I was ignorant to the other staff; I didn't get that feeling I got from Rebekah. I honestly wanted to leave without my food. I did get what I ordered, but I received one sauce for 11 chicken fingers and then was questioned by Rebekah if I could pay 60¢ for another one. I did so and that was it. I definitely felt like I was treated some type of way and I don't know why. I don't know if it was a race thing or if it was something else, but I definitely felt bad after that visit.

Had some of the best service I've ever had, our server Tyler was spot on. And we had a party of 14 and he never missed a beat!!! Wish all places followed after this

Nothing special. We ordered bone out wings our waiter repeated back to us traditional we said no bone out well they came out traditional. When we told him they were wrong he said "no you said traditional" and wanted to make us feel like we didn't know what we wanted. My chicken wrap had hardly any chicken mostly tortilla wrap. Just not the best experience this time.

Not the best B-Dubs I've ever been to, but it was pretty good. Table was dirty, and they were out of a few popular items, so my date and I got things we hadn't tried before. I wasn't blown away by the chicken wrap, but it was good. And my date had a salad, but she was a little under the weather so she didn't finish it. It's a nice spot, but I'll stick to the Georgesville location.
