Fusion Japanese Steakhouse

This place never disappoints! I have been going to Fusion for my sushi fix for over a year now! Every time is far exceeds our expectations! In early March we had a group of about 15 for my daughters birthday and were given the party room. It was terrific! The servers worked their tails off and kept the drinks flowing! The chefs were funny, hibachi was on point, the scallops were the best I have EVER had, and everyone had a blast! We will keep coming back over and over!

This place was a very unexpected awesome experience. We decided to try it because it wasn't super busy, and glad we did. We had no idea they had a great selection of sushi. We sat in the dining room and the service was attentive, friendly, and pleasant. The food was delicious, the atmosphere nice, and the place was clean. Definitely going back.

Excellent service as always! Be prepared to wait until your whole party arrives before being seated. They are always good to our kids and certainly keep them entertained. They even remembered us after just a few times there. That is a level of customer service you don't get just anywhere!

Wait time long.seem to sit regulars faster ,when being seated 5min pause then another groupe seated in was cold in room. The other group had their soup 1st the food was great and water. THE COOK WAS GOOD INTERACTIVE WITH GUEST!

One of our favorites. However, due to cost we don’t visit as much as we would like. It’s not unreasonable, just a little more expensive night out. Our favorite chef is Made Joe. The guy is awesome at his job. He has fun, is hilarious, and very interactive with the guests. Everyone we have encountered her has been wonderful. But we love when we get Joe.
