“When it's good, it's my favorite, but unfortunately the food quality at this location is hit and miss. I don't even order my favorite menu item here, the cheesy bread sticks, because 90% of the time there is not much cheese on them and it is baked to long so the cheese is hard and crunchy - every other pizza hut I order these from has a nice layer of gooey cheese, so I always order them when I'm at any other location. The regular bread sticks are always good here though, so I recommend getting those instead. For the most part the pan pizza is always great here. I have never had an issue and it is my favorite. I also have no complaints about any of the other sides I've gotten here. The stuffed crust is fairly inconsistent here. Sometimes it's made well and other times, not so much... Once there were huge globs of the mozzarella from the crust on each of the two pizzas I ordered which cause it to not bake properly in those places and made the pizza inedible, also there are times when the crust is not seasoned the way I order it. But I still always order one for my son and husband as it is their favorite and just hope it comes out well. I have always loved pizza hut but in the 6 years I've lived in this area I have noticed repeat quality control issues at this location. The staff has always been friendly and I like everyone I've spoken to there. Usually my pizza is ready on time, but I live pretty far away so I'm rarely there within the quoted time. I love pizza hut, so I will continue to return, but I wish it were more consistent.”

“It was beyond busy and the host must've been new. We waited about 45 minutes to be seated. We ordered drinks but never received them so we had to have the bill altered. “New to Canal Winchester. Asked for a pizza recommendation and had a few folks say gotta try Massseys. Went today for lunch and to check out march madness tourney. What?! This is best pizza I've ever had. I'm serious! Their pizza is LOADED with toppings. Waitress who was super awesome suggested I return tomorrow to try wings on Monday for 50 cents. Yeah I will! Nice little place that has a decent bar with a lot of beers on tap. Had a few today for happy hour and they had my favorite Truth for cheap. Will return.”

“This Bob Evans was understaffed and we waited for quite a few minutes, much longer than was reasonable, before anyone even greeted us, seated us, or waited on us. On the positive side, our waitress was pleasant, got our orders right, and kept our drinks filled up. And the manager, who was friendly, did come to the rescue as we were standing in line to check out and opened up another register. The food was fine.”

“Quick service. Food was well prepared and delicious. I had the turkey, bacon and ranch sandwich, which was terrific. The Andes mint chocolate milkshake was really tasty. Staff was very helpful with our kids spills. Restaurant was clean and well kept including bathroom. Choices of coke beverages was also excellent, including my favorite Coke Zero. We will definitely visit again!”

“i had a great experience at this location tonight around 7:45! our cashier was very friendly and attentive. i didn’t catch his name, but i noticed on his name tag it said “manangement”. he was wearing a black shirt and had glasses. he was very helpful when i asked questions about the menu and apologized for the small (totally not a big deal) wait on the food. definitely displayed great customer service and made my experience great!”

“I was there on St Patrick's day and I was surprised to find out they had green pasta. I had to try some even though I was only planning on getting a couple cheese conveys. My 3 way wasn't very warm. I asked the waitress if she could get it warmed up. She said she would just get me a whole new one. It was nice perfect. She also never let anyone drinks get empty. I wish I could remember her name because she was outstanding. I did make sure to tell her while we were there. One of my favorite places to go for a quick meal. I wish there was one in Lancaster.”

“The pizza here is great!! Love the crispy, not too thin crust. Unfortunately I have been disappointed with the appetizers I have ordered. Potato skins were extremely dry and not much cheese or bacon. Fried pickles were soggy and not fully cooked. I will definitely be back, but I will stick with the delicious pizza. Last time there we were basically ignored by the bartender/server in favor of people sitting at the bar.”

“The greater was fast and personable, he even gave me a booth even though i was one person and he knew they had room. Some places won’t be awesome like that. I had both he and a waitress come to me multiple times to check up on me. The food i picked was hot fast and incredible. For a monday night, they were doing great business at 8pm. Over all i will pick this place every time for wings here in Canal Winchester.”
